- There is a $35 non-refundable application fee to process each application for an individual person. Each adult that will be living in the unit is required to apply, you must enter your full social security number for our back ground check. The payment is required to cover the costs of applicant back ground checks which are carried out by a third party. The application fee is non-refundable and due before we run the application. We do not process applications before receipt of application payment. Please give a check written to Equity Properties LLC to the Property manager showing the unit or mail the $35 non -refundable application fee to: Equity Properties LLC , P.O. - In an effort to provide a safe and pleasant housing experience and great neighbors to our other tenants, we complete a very thorough background check for all applicants. The background check includes, but is not limited to verifying stated income, calling references and past landlords, review of credit score, criminal background search both local and federal and more.
- Generally, a credit score of at least 600 for the primary applicant is required to qualify
- Lease term for Office and Retail is 12 months
- Lease term for apartments is 12 months, sorry we are not able to offer short-term leases
- Sorry, no pets are allowed in any of our apartment buildings, no exceptions to this policy
- Lease term for Mobile Home/RV Lots is Month to Month
- Certain Pets under 30lbs may be allowed in Mobile Home Communities our properties, subject to approval.
- We have a strict no smoke policy in our buildings
- We are not able to hold a rental property without a security deposit and a signed lease, rentals are based upon a first come first serve basis
- We do not provide master lease employee housing to local businesses
- Rent is due in full via automatic electronic or other deposit by the 1st of every month, one time and daily late payment fees are always applied for any late payment.
- Security deposit (which is usually one x full months rent) is due before move in with the first months rent upon signing of the lease.
